In the first episode of Incredible Edibles, Vanessa travels an hour outside of Bangkok to visit the headquarters of Flip Flower — a Thai-based edibles company with a menu of sweet Thai desserts founded by baker “Ice” and her cultivator boyfriend “Win”, with a little help from their friend and dealer “Ti”. Win and Ti explain the new reality of edibles in Thailand, how life has changed since legalization, and Ice makes a cannabis infused spaghetti & “kanom pia,” her signature salted egg yolk mooncakes. Vanessa also meets the couples pet tarantulas and a bearded dragon named “faktong” which means “pumpkin” in Thai.
